Advantages
Mk. IV Scissors are amazingly effective against nearly anything made of atoms (basically everything). They are incredibly small and the only trace of them is the Rice Krispie carpet vapor trail they leave behind when cruising. After firing, they exit the host and fly away, transmitting data to a base tube television system if installed.
Disadvantages
Mk. IV Scissors are extraordinarily high in price and require the help of an expanding peanut in order to get to the host without wiping out an entire dimension. They also only have one use, burning up after slicing an atom apart.
